At Sage Homes, our commitment extends long beyond your closing date. For every new home sold, Sage Homes provides the added assurance of an in-house warranty program. A 60 day checkup, a one year walkthrough, and a ten year structural warranty will help give you the peace of mind you need to enjoy your new home to the fullest.

For warranty inquires outside of the 60 day check up or the one year walk through, please email us at SageHomesService@gmail.com . Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

Should you have an issue that requires IMMEDIATE attention outside of regular business hours, please contact the on-call phone numbers listed below. Please remember, there is a distinction between an emergency and an inconvenience, and you will be billed for after hours service should you not have a true emergency.
